When people refer to love handles they are generally talking
about those few inches around your waist area that may hang
over your pants a bit and sort of jiggles when you walk. While

handles are actually deposits of fat around your stomach area.

need to modify the types of food you will eat but not the

simple; you need to stick to whole grains, lean meats, reduced
fat dairy products, lots of veggies, and plenty of fruit. You
may use nuts as a snack but only in moderation. Dump the
fats, throw out the sweets, and if you want something to
drink the best is still water; stay hydrated, especially
during your exercise routines.
Your body will get everything it requires such as fiber,
carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins. Now for your meal
strategy, we are going to try to eat three small balanced
(protein, carbohydrates, and veggies) and then incorporate a
mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack (fruits, nuts, and yogurt).

things for you, first of all smaller meals will not stuff you
and your metabolism will be active all day and second your body
will not feel the need to take a nap and stock the cupboard.
