Most importantly remember, you are no longer eating for two,
so you will need to make some adjustments in your food intake.
Feel free to eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want,
stick to lean meats, stay away from the sweet stuff, and keep
plenty of healthy snacks around to get you through the tough

pregnancy weight for several reasons. You can usually start
right away, it increases your metabolism, you do not need any
specialized equipment, and it can be fun. Especially if you
grab a stroller and bring your baby along, want to lose even
more, pick your baby up and carry him or her occasionally
during your walk. The baby will be acting as a weight helping
you burn calories faster, as well as increasing your arm

is a good idea to check with your doctor to insure you are
ready. Start your workout at a slow pace and make sure you do
some type of warm up exercises first to get your body ready for

there were complications with your pregnancy or you went
through a C-section. Try to do your exercises immediately after
your breastfeeding session as your breasts will be less full
and your experience will be more comfortable as you lose
